New Show Onboarding Intake

This single form is for outside shows being considered for or scheduled at Hughes Brothers Theatre. You may complete sections in any order and return to skipped fields before submitting. The form cannot be submitted until every required field that applies to your selections has been completed.

Submitting this form does not place the show on sale or approve a requested exception. Hughes Brothers Theatre will review the information, confirm the setup, and contact the authorized representative if clarification is needed.

Enter the full public show name exactly as it should appear.
Use only if a shorter listing name is needed.
This person must be authorized to confirm pricing, schedules, and the final ticketing setup.

  • 5:00 PM performances: 90 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

Descriptions and Promotional Information

Choose one method. A DOCX or spreadsheet is preferred when possible because it makes approved copy easier to transfer accurately.

Box Office Pricing and Policies

Whole-dollar rule: all walk-up full-price, FIT, and group prices must be whole-dollar amounts only. Do not enter cents. Senior rates are not offered because regular rates are competitively priced for the Branson market.

Enter the standard adult walk-up ticket price as a whole dollar amount. Example: 50.
Using one policy across all sales channels is recommended because it reduces guest and box-office confusion.
Use this for VIP or premium tickets, dinner packages, family packages, special experiences, local rates, or other categories.
Include taxes, service fees, promo codes, refund or exchange policy, complimentary-ticket policy, and other instructions that apply.

FIT Reseller Information

Every Branson show uses FIT pricing. FIT rates are available for all scheduled performances and are subject only to seat availability. There are no FIT effective dates or blackout dates. Reservations cannot be completed when a performance is sold out.

The show establishes its own FIT rates. Hughes Brothers Theatre may provide best-practice guidance, but it does not set the rates for the show.

Choosing help allows the form to be submitted. The onboarding will be reviewed as pending FIT consultation.

Group Sales and Reservations

The show is responsible for its group-sales program unless it requests a defined level of Hughes Brothers Theatre involvement below. Any requested theatre service must be confirmed by the theatre.

Enter the minimum number of paid guests required to qualify. Example: 20.

Veteran-group pricing is not a preset rate. It is negotiated case by case. If the show handles groups, the show negotiates it. If the theatre handles groups, the theatre may propose or negotiate it, but the show must approve the final rate before it is offered or finalized.

Name and preferred contact method for obtaining show approval of a negotiated veteran-group rate.
