1. YOUR AGREEMENT

By agreeing to this media release form, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use tick the box.

I hereby grant permission to the Hughes Brothers Theatre, the Song & Stage Bootcamp, and Branson Academy (collectively referred to as "the Organizations") to capture, use, and publish photographs, video footage, electronic representations, and/or audio recordings of me taken at the Hughes Brothers Theatre and during the Song & Stage Bootcamp.

I understand and agree that these media may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, or any other lawful purposes in any media format now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

I further authorize the Organizations to reproduce, sell, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, store electronically, and distribute these media materials without limitation.

I release and discharge the Organizations from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have by reason of this authorization, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalties for the use of these media and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the media used.
