What is the Branson Song and Stage Bootcamp?

The Song and Stage Boot Camp is a unique and intensive music and performance camp held in Branson, Missouri. This camp takes place at the Hughes Brothers Theatre and features workshops and classes taught by professionals from Branson to Broadway and around the country.

Our Camp is dedicated to helping students develop their skills, knowledge, work ethic, desire, and goals — whether it be to sing for their own enjoyment or to succeed in the music and entertainment industry – and all without compromising their values. From beginners looking to improve basic vocals and performance to already expert performers looking to network with and learn from the best, all skill levels benefit greatly from this camp. Students who attend the Song & Stage Boot Camp receive one-on-one coaching with teachers to work on their musical abilities as well as their performance skills. They also receive instruction on highly varied topics throughout the week presented by seasoned professionals.

When students arrive at camp, they perform parts of their songs for the whole camp and their teachers who will be instructing them. Each day, along with the workshops and master classes, students will also attend rehearsals to learn a group number to perform at the end of camp. In the evenings, students get to attend local shows and attractions in Branson. At the end of the week, all students get to perform their newly improved songs in a student showcase on stage at the Hughes Brothers Theatre. A few students are then selected to perform their solos as part of a pre-show for the Hughes Music Show, and the pre-show will culminate in a group performance by all of the students showing off their hard work that week.

The Song and Stage Boot Camp is a great opportunity for students to spend a week with successful industry professionals and make new friends – all while gaining skills to refine a music or performing career.
