Code of Conduct

At Song & Stage Bootcamp, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where every student can thrive. To ensure that all participants have a positive experience, we have established this Code of Conduct.

By following these guidelines, you will help maintain a respectful and encouraging atmosphere for yourself and your fellow performers. Please take a moment to review this Code of Conduct carefully. Your commitment to these principles is essential to making this camp a memorable and rewarding experience for everyone.

Song & Stage Bootcamp Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe, supportive, and positive experience for all participants, we ask that students, parents, and staff adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Respect for Others:

Treat fellow students, instructors, staff, and volunteers with kindness and respect at all times.
Listen attentively during classes, rehearsals, and performances.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

Respect for Property:

Use all facilities, equipment, and materials responsibly.
Clean up after yourself and help maintain a safe, tidy environment.
Do not tamper with stage equipment, instruments, or other camp property without permission.

Participation and Commitment:

Arrive on time for all classes, rehearsals, and activities.
Give your best effort in all activities, whether singing, dancing, acting, or group discussions.
Follow the instructions of instructors and staff.

Appropriate Behavior and Language:

Use positive, family-friendly language at all times.
Dress according to the camp’s dress code, maintaining a modest and comfortable appearance.
Absolutely no use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products is allowed on camp premises.

Digital Device Use:

Personal devices may only be used during designated break times.
Recording or taking photos of other students without their permission is prohibited.
Respect others' privacy in both in-person and online interactions.
Safety and Health:

Follow all safety instructions given by staff, especially during physical activities.
Report any injuries, health concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately to camp staff.
If feeling unwell, notify a counselor or instructor immediately.

Consequences for Violations:

Students who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, which may include:
A verbal warning.
A meeting with a parent or guardian.
Removal from certain activities.
Dismissal from the camp without a refund in severe cases.

Acknowledgment:
By attending the Song & Stage Bootcamp, you and your parent/guardian (if under 18) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
