Group NUMber: Song Preparation

As part of the Song & Stage Bootcamp experience, all students will perform together in a group number during the final Showcase. This performance is a high-energy, full-camp number that celebrates what we’ve learned together—and it’s always a crowd favorite!

What You Need to Do:

1. Learn the Song
The group number this year is:
“We Are The Song”
Please take time before camp to listen to this song and become familiar with the lyrics and melody. You don’t need to have it fully memorized yet, but the more confident you are with the music, the easier it will be to jump into rehearsal.

2. Practice with This Track
Use the following track to practic. We’ll be using this version at camp and for the performance.

3. Understand the Music
You’ll learn group choreography and staging during the camp sessions, so just focus on the music for now.

4. What to Wear for the Performance
For the group number, all students will wear:

  • Black pants (no logos, rips, or shorts)

  • Your official Song & Stage Bootcamp t-shirt (which you’ll receive at camp)

  • Comfortable shoes that are safe for dancing and movement
