Check Out
As the camp comes to a close, it’s time for Check Out. Before you head out, make sure to stop by the check-out station to collect any remaining materials, return borrowed items, and say goodbye to your fellow campers and instructors. We’ll wrap up with final reminders, and you’ll leave with memories, new skills, and a sense of accomplishment from an unforgettable experience at the Song and Stage Bootcamp!

Check Out Procedures
The safety of our students is our top priority. To ensure we know where every camper is at all times, we have implemented the following check-out procedures:

• End-of-Day Pick-Up:
  All campers will be at the Hughes Brothers Theatre at the end of the day’s activities. Please come to the theatre to pick up your child. A Boot Camp Counselor will ask you to sign a “check-out sheet” before your child can leave.
• Early Pick-Up:
  If you need to pick up your child before the end of that day’s activities, please call Lena Hughes at 417-294-4478. If Lena is unavailable, call our Box Office at 417-334-0076. After notifying Lena or the Box Office, the Head Counselor will be informed, and when you arrive, the Counselor will ask to see your ID and request your signature on the check-out sheet.

These procedures are designed with your child’s safety in mind and to give both parents and camp staff peace of mind. Thank you for your cooperation!
